The apartment was recently renovated where everything were dismantled to load-bearing structures and strengthen with UPE beam including roof constructions. Ceilings and walls were made of metal frame, covered with plasterboard panels on both sides , filled with soundproofing materials and painted with Dulux paints. As the floor foundation was laid plywood board and parquet boards on top. New water supply and sewerage networks were built, as well as new electrical wiring, heating, ventilation and fire detection systems were introduced.
