The apartment was recently renovated where everything was dismantled to load-bearing structures and strengthened with UPE beam including ceiling constructions. Ceilings and walls were made of metal frame, covered with plasterboard panels on both sides, filled with soundproofing materials and painted with Dulux paints. As the floor foundation was laid plywood board and engineered wooden flooring were used throughout the apartment on the top, except in the master and guest bedrooms where were built-in poor wool carpet and white Italian ceramic tiles with a marble pattern in the bathrooms on both the floor and walls.
