The apartment was completely renovated, everything was demolished to the supporting structures and as a construction element were used UPE steel profile (UPE beam). The roof was completely dismantled and rebuilt. The existing floor slabs were strengthened by placing an additional layer of plywood board as the base of the floor. Wall and ceiling rebuilding used gypsum board panels in 2 layers and fortified with soundproofing materials. The electrical wiring was replaced, water supply and sewerage networks and systems were constructed, as well as heating and ventilation systems.
Walls painted with Dulux paints. Parquet boards used as flooring material throughout the apartment. In the bedroom and on the stairs built-in natural wool carpet. In the bathroom and kitchen area used Italian marble look ceramic tiles. Windows frames and stairs made out of natural wood and painted. All doors are ordered individually for this apartment.
