Our latest refurbishment project is Bournevale road building. Fully refurbished and finished to the highest of specifications, this split level apartment features an impressive Mezzanine floor and includes luxurious fixtures & fittings throughout.
The entire building has been rebuilt behind its period facade and features a brand new roof, new floor joists, engineered wooden flooring, new gas central heating & partitions throughout, as well as new plumbing, electrics & sound-proofed walls. Outdoor features generous indirect LED track lighting to illuminate all walls & roof slopes.
Construction jobs was done in three month period. All design and features in refurbishment process was made by our designers and engineers.
